Goose Festival parade draws excellent crowd

Representatives from the Enlightened Dance Corp in Kindersley dance around on the float they designed for the Kindersley Goose Festival parade. The annual parade had been postponed from its original date on Sept. 22 during the festival to Sept. 29 due to inclement weather. It was still cold on Sept. 29, but there was no snow on the streets like the previous week. The parade drew an excellent crowd and it featured several entries including a long line of antique farm machinery from the Kindersley and District Plains Museum.
