We will remember them

The cenotaph in Kindersley is a constant reminder of the many sacrifices made by Canada’s veterans of past wars and conflicts. People living in communities across the nation will gather on Nov. 11 at Remembrance Day services. This year marks a special anniversary for Legions around the globe because it is the 100th anniversary for the signing of the armistice to end the First World War. The armistice was signed on Nov. 11, 1918.
