A photo taken around noon on Sept. 22 shows a snow-filled Main Street in Kindersley. About 10 cm of wet snow fell in the morning on Sept. 22 and it was the Saturday of the 46th annual Kindersley Goose Festival. The 100, 200 and 300 blocks of Main Street in the photo are normally blocked to traffic, and filled with people, antique cars and activities such as inflatable jumpers for children. But the weather caused a mass cancellation of outdoor events.
