The Kyle Elks blanked the Elrose Aces 12-0 on Tuesday to sweep the first round of Sask Valley Hockey League playoffs and advance to the next round.
The Elks had defeated the Aces 8-4 and 11-6 in the previous two games.
Meanwhile, the series between the Central Butte Flyers and the Outlook Ice Hawks will come down to the fifth and deciding game this Sunday at 2:30 p.m.
The Flyers won game one 3-2 and game four 5-4 on Tuesday night. The Ice Hawks won game two 3-2 and game three 1-0.
The Delisle Bruins had a 2-0 lead in their series with Beechy, after winning their first two games by scores of 6-3 and 7-6. Game three was to have been played this past Wednesday in Beechy. Game four, if necessary, will be played in Delisle tonight (Friday) and game five goes Saturday in Beechy.
The Eston Ramblers and Kenaston Blizzard are tied at one, after the Ramblers won game one 5-2. The Blizzards won game two in their barn 6-5. Game three will go tonight in Eston, followed by game four on Sunday afternoon in Kenaston. Game five, if necessary, will be played Monday night in Eston.

Senior B
- Eston vs Unity – Eston wins game one 4-2. Game two will be played Saturday in Unity.
- Outlook vs Rosthern – Outlook lost game one 3-2, but came back to win game two 5-3 in Outlook. They advance to play the winner of the Eston-Unity series.
Senior C
- Delisle vs Drake – Delisle lost 5-1 and 4-3. Drake advances.
Senior D
- Kyle vs Craik – Kyle defeated Craik 8-4 in game one and 4-1 in game two. They are now playing Davidson in round 2 and they defeated Davidson 5-4 in game one. Game 2 is set for Saturday in Kyle.
- Central Butte vs Strasbourg – Feb. 16 in Central Butte; Feb. 17 in Strasbourg.
- Loreburn vs Luseland – Loreburn lost game one 5-2. Game 2 will be played in Luseland Saturday.
- Kenaston vs Edam – Kenaston won game one, 4-2. Game 2 is set for Saturday in Kenaston.
